Brand Identity

media.monks globally went through a rebrand amidst frequent mergers and acquisitions. It was up to local offices to interpret what it meant for them. Equipped just with a master logo and tonality guidelines, the Shanghai office created our identity as an ode to Shanghai, referred to as the “magical city” in local dialect.

Every element captured the divergence and diversity of the vibrant city: Multiple modular logo variations, frenetic typographies, and everything everywhere always in motion.

Output: Digital brand identity kit, offline spacial design for downtown Shanghai office, brand merch
